So..... I think this is the biggest zucchini I have ever seen. We got it from Randy's mom. Never have you seen such a green thumb. Her garden is perfect. This veggie gave us 16 cups (grated). That is enough for 8 loaves of bread. Yummy! Thanks Carol!
